COMPREHENSIVE ULTRACLEAN & REBUILD* Carbs are dismantled (CV units down to the butterfly), and units that arrive assembled in a bank are separated to individual units. All parts are then soaked in a special bath for several hours, sometimes up to 24 hours depending on condition. This removes external internal surface residues and better prepares for an effective ultrasonic cleaning. Each carb and it's components are then processed in our ultrasonic tanks. All components are then air dried and inspected in detail with a lighted, magnified scope. At this point the customer is advised if anything needs further attention or replacement. In many cases we have parts on hand to replace ones that might be damaged, or it can be left for you to deal with as you see fit. After this is decided, all components are reassembled either in a bank or individually, according to your preference. All bank linkages and moving parts are lightly lubricated, float heights are set to your machine's specification and slides are visually synched. The units are then propery packaged and returned to the customer. $75.00 per carb
